As we welcome in 2025, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce our new General Manager, Sam McAdoo. 

Sam has a strong background in Resort Management. Since 2015 he has been the Director of Community Maintenance at Fairfield Glade Community Club. This leadership position required him to propose budgets and balance throughout the year, develop staff and oversee several areas of the business. Sam was responsible for executing plans for the marinas, facility maintenance, sanitation, vehicle maintenance and architectural controls. 

He is currently a member of the Community Association Institute and has Club Managers Association of America certification. 

Beyond his current work experience, Sam proudly served as a Logistics Officer USS Kearsarge in Norfolk VA. This followed his time in Groton, CT as a Program Manager and Submarine Manager instructing classes. 

Sam will begin his new endeavor as General Manager of the Lake Tansi Resort on Monday, January 13, 2025. Please stop into the office and give him a warm welcome.
