AIRBNBS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN LAKE TANSI.
The ACC Rules and Regulation Booklet states on page 13, article 15:
“Daily and/or weekly rental of any single family residential house is prohibited”
With four lakes at Lake Tansi Village, (Lake Tansi, Lake Geronimo, Lake Hiawatha, Lake Mohawk) the residents enjoy an abundance of water activities.

It is with tremendous pride that we introduce Officers Natasha Hixson and Sawyer Hudson, who have officially graduated from Walters State Community College Law Enforcement Academy!
Their graduation marks a very special milestone: Officer Hixson and Officer Hudson are the first Law Enforcement Academy graduates in the history of the Lake Tansi Police Department.
This achievement represents months of hard work, dedication, discipline, and commitment to the profession of law enforcement and to the community they have chosen to serve.
