Beginning May 1, 2026, Family and Guest Passes will only be issued at the Lake Tansi POA Administration Office. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. The office closes for lunch between noon and 1:00 pm.

Please be aware that Family Passes may only be issued to immediate family members. Immediate family is currently defined as mother, father, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.  Family Passes will be issued to anyone 7 years of age and older meeting this requirement.  Additional information about Family and Guest Passes:

  1. Photo IDs are required to receive any pass.
  2. The member MUST be present to issue Family or Guest Passes and MUST be present to reissue any passes.
  3. Three (3) Family Passes will be issued at no charge within a thirty (30) day period. Passes will need to be reissued after 30 Days.
  4. All Family Passes after the first 3 are $5 each and will need to be reissued after 30 days with an additional $5 charge each.
  5. Family passes will only be issued to immediate family members as defined above.
  6. Guest Passes will be $10 a day each.
  7. Family or Guest Passes can only be issued to regular or business members, as defined by the Restated By-Laws, in good standing.

Again, Family and Guest Passes will only be issued through the POA Office during normal working hours or the Recreation Department at the Lake Tansi Pool Complex after POA office normal working hours and on weekends.  Temporary passes issued by the Recreation Department will expire at the next business day normal opening time of the POA office.

Be sure when you come to get your Family or Guest Passes that you have your POA card with your current sticker and a government issued photo ID.  If you don’t have both, we will not be able to issue any passes.
